About PhotoRobot Academy

PhotoRobot Academy is the learning platform for operators, studio managers, network specialists, hardware specialists, and integrators working with PhotoRobot automated photography systems.

How it works

Modules are focused learning blocks (typically 30 to 90 minutes each) covering specific topics: workspace configuration, lighting setup, post-processing, machine assembly, network setup, and more. Each module includes:

• A textbook for reference reading
• A workbook with exercises and self-check questions
• A knowledge check quiz drawn from a question pool

Packages combine modules into complete courses tailored to specific roles. The Operator Standard package covers the daily-use modules an operator needs. Specialty packages add advanced topics such as 3D modeling, OCR workflows, and virtual catwalk.

Certification is offered for each main role: Operator, Studio Manager, Network Specialist, Hardware Specialist, Integrator. Online certification exams produce verifiable certificates with QR-code public verification. Specialty add-on certifications stack on top of role certifications.

Self-updating curriculum

Academy modules link to the canonical product manuals on photorobot.com rather than duplicating them. The benefits:
